Welcome to EFFRA!
Our Vision
EFFRA's vision is to work cooperatively with diverse groups to conserve for future
generations the multipurpose use of forested foothills, aquifers, wetlands and
wildlife habitat of southeast King County.
Our Goals
Conserve 10,000 acres between the Green River and White Rivers north/south and west/east between Hwy 169 and the Federated Forest on Hwy 410.
Protect and enhance fish and wildlife resources.
Maintain forest cover for water and wildlife protection, aesthetics, recreational and commercial forestry opportunities.
Provide recreational opportunities, multiuse, trails and passive recreation.
Establish working alliance between City of Enumclaw and King County, Washington State and national agencies as well as private entities to implement EFFRA's vision.
